Bruce R. Wyatt has been providing legal assistance to clients in the Front Range and Denver metro region since 1979.
During his career, Mr. Wyatt has represented numerous business and individual clients in a variety of practice areas.
From 1981-1987, Mr. Wyatt was a partner in the Law Office of Worstell and Wyatt.
In this position, Mr. Wyatt was responsible for the Firm's bankruptcy practice with a dual focus on creditor and individual cases.
Mr. Wyatt also directed and supervised a yearly average of 15 public trustee and judicial foreclosures for a 20,000 member local credit union with over $65 million in assets.
In addition, Mr. Wyatt prepared the documents and negotiated for sales of commercial properties, including liquor license transfers, and drafted and developed office forms and contracts for leasing, real estate sales and corporate transfers. |
From 1987-1988, Mr. Wyatt held a position as in-house bank counsel for Security Holdings, Inc., owner of three Denver area banks. In this position, Mr. Wyatt was responsible for managing all collection, foreclosure, lender liability and bankruptcy cases and handled as much litigation as possible in-house.
From 1988-2000, Mr. Wyatt was a sole practitioner in Denver, Colorado. On January 1, 2001, Mr. Wyatt incorporated as Bruce R. Wyatt Attorney, PC. The Firm is presently concentrating on creditor representation in the areas of commercial and residential evictions, debt collection, commercial law, business sales and formation, liquor licensing and creditor bankruptcy cases.
For all clients, Mr. Wyatt offers direct contact with himself, convenient and flexible hours and fee payment options. Mr. Wyatt handles all creditor matters in a personal and professional manner and at a reasonable and very competitive hourly rate.
In May of 2004, Mr. Wyatt left the downtown Denver area and moved his offices west 15 miles to Lakewood, Colorado. This location is close to the junction of W. 6th Avenue, W. Colfax Avenue and Interstate 70 (take Exit 263 off I-70). This location has ample free parking for clients, yet it is convenient to local courts and government agencies.
